I have assumed you already have a decent working knowledge of PSP & AS.
I have tried to credit as many of the supplies as I can, if not made by me.
However, should you see something of your creation please let me know
so that I may credit you and thank you :o)

GRAB & DRAG PLACE KEEPER

I have used the lovely fantasy art of 'Sara Butcher' .. view here
The frame is made by me
No plugin is used just Animation Shop
Font of choice ( I used Inkburrow )
download my supplies from here

OK , LETS BEGIN

1.  Bring your supplies into PSP including your choice of tube/s but take your small gif to Animation Shop either now or later( remember not to save over your original files just copy and close them ) .. Remember to save your work often dont kick yourself later ...lol

2. Open a new canvas 450 x 450
floodfill with white

3. Copy & paste my circle frame onto the canvas as a new layer (close original).Paste and position your tube over top as a new layer and add a drop shadow with the following settings: Verticle 0
Horizontal -2
Opacity 40
Blur 4.00
Colour black

4. Now you need to adjust the colour of the circular frame so that it compliments your tube nicely

5. Activate your white filled bottom / background layer. With your brush tool select a colour for the background and fill in that inner circle

6. Activate your uppermost layer in your palette. Select your 'Shapes' tool and 'Ellipse' in the small drop down menu to the side of it > Check 'Create on Vector', Line Style 'solid', Width 1.00 ( toggle off the fill colour but have a visible stroke colour ) and make sure you have the 'Draw circle' selected.Draw out a quick circle but dont try to move or resize it. Select you text tool and NOW you can adjust the vector shape as you will have nodes to do it with.

7.  When you are happy with the position that your text will be in go ahead and add your name ...(I find the kearning tool a huge bonus if i'm trying to fit text on a curve)... when you have applied your name you can drag this layer to just above the background layer so that your tube is once again the uppermost layer. At the side of the Vector text layer you will see the little plus sign > click it > toggle off the visibility of the shape > activate the text layer and add a drop shadow with the same settings as before

8. Select your 'Shapes' tool again and add a few stars here and there > convert this to a Raster layer when you are happy with what you have

9. Add your copyright info and your watermark if you have one ... make any adjustments that you might feel like doing now. Copy merged and paste as a new animation in AS

10. Now its time to add the small star gif ... There are 16 frames to this little gif so we have to make 16 frames of your new tag. Right click and 'Duplicate Selected' as many times as you have to to get your 16 frames . Go to EDIT > Select All. Click on your small star gif to activate it and again go to EDIT > Select All. Right Click on the star gif and COPY. Move over to your tag and PASTE > Into Selected Frame. Pop your small stars on just where you want to put that little bit of magic .....lol .

11. You can View your result by going to VIEW > Animation ... Well Done , you have another tag to add to your collection . Crop in AS and Save :o)

12. Remember to save your template that you have on your PSP workspace as a .pspimage

Now make this tutorial your own by adding your own creativity and flourish , I'd love to see your result as i'd like to credit just a few tags in my gallery using my tuts as a thank you for dropping by :o)
